Michael R. Razzano, DDS
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Razzano formerly served for five years as CEO of Trophy Radiology, the U.S. subsidiary of a French technology firm with annual sales in excess of $85 Million. Dr. Razzano was responsible for the introduction of the first direct digital X-ray acquisition system to the U.S. market, resulting in a doubling of sales each year of his tenure with Trophy Radiology. Following the successful introduction of digital X-ray, Dr. Razzano left Trophy to continue his international consulting service. He is a leading advisor to international corporations and universities in the healthcare field. Before entering the business community, Dr. Razzano built successful dental practices in Ocala, Florida and Lexington, Kentucky.
Dale A. Miles, DDS, MS
Vice President of R&D
Working with Dr. Razzano, Dr. Miles invented the IDX-60™ X-ray generator, which will be launched to the public later this year. Dr. Miles is a diplomat of both the American Board of Oral Medicine and the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology. He was a regional consultant for the World Health Organization’s Pan American Health Organization and a test construction consultant for the National Dental Examining Board at the American Dental Association. Dr. Miles is executive secretary to the board of the International Association of Dentomaxillofacial Radiology and has authored more than 120 scientific articles and four textbooks. Jeffrey C. Hoos, DMD, FAGD
Vice President Professional Relations
Dr. Hoos is the founding member of a private general dental group, started in 1979, with twenty five dedicated dental professionals. The practice is consistently in the top one percent of dental practices. He lectures extensively on topics of implant, restorative and aesthetic dentistry. He has a background in product development, manufacturing and other entrepreneurial dental activities.
Daniel A. Razzano
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Razzano was with Deloitte & Touche LLP (Atlanta, Georgia; Dallas, Texas; San Jose, California) for over ten years with experience as an accounting professional with special expertise in developing successful relationships with a wide variety of clients. Daniel’s accomplishments at Deloitte & Touche LLP included being a key member of several proposal teams which earned the worldwide tax work for major multinationals with annual gross sales to the firm of no less than EUR1,000,000 per annum; was instrumental in shaping an innovative tax and social security policy that produced $400,000 annual cost savings for a Fortune 100 home improvement chain; led an eight- person team which served a multinational telecommunications company with the delivery of tax services to over 500 expatriates and inpatriates.
Jon Lee Andersen
Director
Mr. Andersen’s law firm serves as outside counsel to Interactive Diagnostic Imaging. He is a former partner of Martin, Cavan & Andersen and Gambrell & Stolz, as well as former president of Accent Holdings, Inc., a financial services holding company based in Alpharetta, Ga.
